Delay the schedule....

Hi all,

I think that in the meeting we have a chance to make clear about the test plan and the use case requirements. As we discuss, we need to review it in the next Monday to have a better understanding. I hope that Mr. Quan'll guide us through the difficulties. If U have some problems we can discuss and try to help U. I hope that, after all, we can put our product in the site like other group.

Finished draft schedule plan, test plan, requirement plan...

Hi all,

Today, we've already finished some draft of main part from the plan of last week such as schedule for the whole project, test plan, requirement plan. I hope we'll follow the schedule as we discussed and we try to find out the solution for estimate plan and risk plan. Thus we'll have the update version of each document in next Wednesday...

Finished Vision and Scope for Preview 1...

I would like to say thanks to all team members. In the meeting today, all of us did agree about the vision and scope of OURS, what we would like to present in front of other group tomorrow, have a short video of our acitvities,.. It was really interesting since we discuss by English in every face-to-face meetings until now. I also study from all of U a lot. Anyway, keep what we're doing...We're going to become professional software project manager......Cheer!!!
